Marketing templates are always charged; utility and authentication templates are charged when sent outside an open 24-hour customer service window, and free inside one. Rates are set by recipient country and category. Meta's charges sit on top of your Zapelite subscription and we pass them through with no markup, with usage visible in your dashboard in real time.
